How Sign Up Works

    Create your account

    Set up your parent account at app.eastcoastscholars.com. This is where you'll manage scheduling, billing, and your student's progress going forward.

    Choose your option

    Book individual sessions as you need them, or select a package and pay in full to lock in your rate.

    Start scheduling

    Once you're set up, you'll schedule sessions directly through your account with your assigned tutor or advisor.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your student attends Chaminade, the Trimester Package is built around their school's academic calendar. All other students use the Semester Package, which follows the standard Fall and Spring school year.

Packages cover virtual sessions. If you'd like sessions in person at our Farmingdale office, those are booked individually at our standard rate, whether or not you also hold a package.

Sessions and hours are tied to the term or window they're purchased for and don't carry over. This is what keeps package rates as low as they are, so we recommend scheduling consistently once you've purchased.

Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase. Individual sessions are billed as you book them.

Trimester Exam prep classes are a separate, group-format program with their own scheduling and pricing. They aren't included in the packages above. Contact us to learn more about upcoming class dates.
